Questions clinics actually ask
What counts as a provider?
Anyone who sees patients under their own name and has their own schedule — physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists. Everyone else on your team is staff.
Do I pay for my front desk and nurses?
Staff seats are $29/month, and your plan already includes several. Practice includes 3, Clinic includes 10.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect immediately. Moving down takes effect at your next monthly renewal.
What if I need more than one location?
Talk to us. Multiple locations are not part of Practice or Clinic.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You create your clinic yourself in a couple of minutes and invite your team. There is nothing to install and nobody to schedule.
Do you take a percentage of what my patients pay me?
No. Your patients pay you directly, at your desk, in cash or on card. SenSysHealth never sits between your clinic and your money.
Do you bill insurance?
No. If your clinic takes insurance, you keep doing that exactly the way you do it today.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. SenSysHealth is month to month. You can cancel at any time and you are not locked into a term. No setup fee, no cancellation fee.
What if I add a provider in the middle of the month?
The additional provider is billed for the full month in which they are added. There is no proration.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes. Your clinic's data is yours. You can export your payments (Export CSV, for any period) and each patient's lab reports and biomarkers directly from SenSysHealth. If you cancel, email support@sensyshealth.com and we send you a full copy of your clinic's data as CSV files within five business days.
